1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns for new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:

unused, unopened, and in original packaging
Item must be in resellable condition
Return request must be submitted within
30 days of delivery
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be denied.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to health and safety regulations, the following items are non-returnable if opened or used:
E-liquids / e-juice
Disposable devices
Pods, cartridges, and coils
Any consumable products
Once opened, these items cannot be returned unless they are defective.
3. Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
To process a defective claim, we may require:
Your order number.
A photo or video showing the issue.
A brief description of the problem.
Approved claims may be eligible for:
Replacement
Store credit
Refund

5. Refunds
Refunds are issued after the returned item is
received and inspected
Refunds are processed to the original payment method
Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after approval
6. Shipping Costs
Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect
7. Order Issues & Refused Deliveries
If a package is refused or returned to sender, only the product cost may be refunded
Shipping and service fees may not be refunded
