Welcome to Habersham Vape Co. (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using vaporwrks.com (the “Site”) or buying products from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Age & Legal Compliance

• You must be 21 years old or older to access this Site or purchase products. This is required by federal Tobacco 21 law.
• Some states have additional restrictions or prohibitions on certain products, packaging, or sales practices.
• We may require age verification at checkout and/or upon delivery, and we reserve the right to refuse orders that do not meet legal requirements.

2. State Sales & Shipping Restrictions

Due to varying state laws and online sales restrictions, some products may not be available for shipment to certain states or localities. Examples of restrictions include:

• California, Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, Rhode Island: many flavored e-cigarette products are banned or restricted in retail and online sales.
• Vermont, Utah, South Dakota, Maine, Nebraska, Oregon: these states may restrict or ban online sales of vaping products to consumers except between licensed businesses.
• Georgia & Hawaii: have limitations on online vaping product sales under state law.

You agree that orders may be cancelled and refunded if we determine a product may not be legally sold or shipped to your location.

3. Ownership & Intellectual Property

All Site material — including logos, product images, text, and design elements — is owned by Vapor Works or licensed to us and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site for unlawful purposes, including but not limited to:

• Providing false information
• Attempting unauthorized access
• Fraudulent activity

We may limit quantity, refuse service, or cancel orders at our discretion.

5. Products & Disclaimers

Products are intended for legal adult use only. Information on this Site is not medical or health advice. We make no claims that vaping products are safe or effective alternatives to any smoking cessation method.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vapor Works is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to Site use, order issues, or compliance with laws.
